The hotel appeared decent at first glance, but my experience quickly soured with filthy rooms and terrible service. Despite the initial clean look of the lobby, I encountered moldy odors and unsanitary conditions in the rooms. The dining area added to the horror, with mice present and awful food. Overall, a deeply disappointing stay that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The hotel has some decent points, particularly with its staff and restaurant food, along with a good location. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the rooms was pretty poor, with a lot of maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns that overshadow the positives. I'd definitely look for other options if I return to Mumbai.
